Acceptable Use Policy

Ordinary internet use, at a better speed. To be explicit about the things people ask us about:

• Browsing, streaming and downloading at whatever volume you like — there is no data cap
• Game downloads, patches and online play
• Development work: package registries, container images, cloud consoles, CI
• Remote work, video calls and large file transfers
• Reaching services your ISP happens to route badly

You may not use ErrorX to do anything unlawful under Bangladeshi law or the law where the traffic lands. That includes:

• Accessing or distributing child sexual abuse material — reported to the authorities without exception
• Fraud, phishing, or impersonating another person or organisation
• Unauthorised access to systems you do not own or have permission to test
• Trading in stolen credentials, financial data or personal information
• Distributing malware, ransomware or exploit kits

Actions that harm other systems, or that get our address ranges blocked for every customer:

• Denial-of-service attacks, amplification or any kind of flooding
• Port scanning, vulnerability scanning or brute-forcing systems you do not own
• Sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages of any kind
• Operating botnet infrastructure or command-and-control servers
• Mass automated account creation, credential stuffing or scraping designed to evade rate limits
• Forging packet headers or otherwise disguising the origin of traffic

• Sharing, selling or publishing your account credentials or subscription link
• Reselling ErrorX access without a written agreement with us
• Attempting to bypass device limits, speed caps or billing controls
• Running an open proxy or relay that lets third parties use your connection
• Reverse-engineering our client to extract server details or circumvent restrictions
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment details

Do not use ErrorX to infringe copyright or trademarks, including large-scale unauthorised distribution of protected works. We respond to valid rights-holder complaints, and we will contact you first where the complaint concerns your account.

We do not monitor your traffic, and we could not enforce this by watching what you do — that is not how the service is built. What we act on:

If traffic from our network is causing you a problem, email [email protected] with timestamps, IP addresses and logs. We investigate every report and will confirm the outcome. Please include a timezone — most reports we receive omit it, and it is usually the first thing we have to ask for.
