Everything ErrorX does, and what it does not

The network, the apps, the security model and the billing — described specifically enough that you can check every claim on this page.

The essentials

Six things that actually matter

Not a wall of checkmarks. These are the properties that decide whether a BDIX service is worth paying for at all.

BDIX-side edge

Our servers sit inside BDIX-connected networks, so the first hop of your traffic runs at local speed instead of your international package speed.

  • 1–5 ms to the edge
  • No submarine cable on the first leg
  • Reachable from every major ISP

Premium upstream transit

Behind the edge is capacity and peering chosen for consistency, not for the cheapest price per megabit. That is the half of the route your ISP cannot fix for you.

  • 10 Gbps class upstream
  • Selected transit providers
  • Routing tuned continuously

No data cap, anywhere

Not a soft cap, not a fair-use policy, not a throttle after some threshold. Volume is simply not something ErrorX measures against you.

  • Unlimited on every plan
  • No overage charges
  • Usage shown for information only

Encrypted end to end

Everything between your device and our edge runs inside a modern encrypted tunnel. Your ISP sees an ErrorX connection, not what is inside it.

  • WireGuard, Xray, Reality, Trojan
  • TLS-based transports
  • No destination-based shaping

Smart routing

Rule mode sends international traffic through the tunnel and leaves local and cached destinations on the direct path — where they were already as fast as they can get.

  • Rule, Global, Direct modes
  • Per-app control on Android
  • Custom rules supported

Multi-device by design

Install everywhere, connect on as many devices as your plan allows. A slot frees itself within seconds of a device going quiet, so nothing ever gets stuck.

  • Install on unlimited devices
  • Live online/offline state
  • Remote disconnect from the dashboard
Routing

Three modes, one switch

Tunnelling everything is not automatically better. Content served from a cache inside your own ISP is already as fast as it can get — sending it abroad and back would make it slower.

Rule

The default, and right for almost everyone

Destinations are matched against a rule set. International traffic goes through the tunnel; Bangladeshi sites, BDIX servers and content already cached inside your ISP stay on the direct path.

Best forEveryday use

Global

Everything through the tunnel, no exceptions

Every packet is routed through ErrorX regardless of destination. Useful when you want one consistent path, or when a local route is misbehaving and you would rather step around it entirely.

Best forTroubleshooting, privacy

Direct

Tunnel up, traffic untouched

The core keeps running but nothing is proxied. Handy for comparing before and after without disconnecting, or for briefly reaching something that refuses proxied connections.

Best forA/B testing your own connection
Security

Built like it matters

A proxy client holds the keys to everything you do online. These are specific, checkable properties — not a padlock icon and the words 'military grade'.

An honest limit
This is defence in depth against a stolen laptop or a casual memory scrape — not a guarantee against an attacker who already controls your device. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.

Your config is encrypted, not just your traffic

The server list your app downloads arrives as an AES-256-GCM envelope keyed to your account. It is stored on disk exactly as received and only ever opened inside the proxy core, in memory.

A leaked link is a dead link

Your subscription URL is double-locked: it needs both the token and your own signed-in app. Pasted into a browser, a generic Clash client, or someone else's ErrorX, it returns an error and nothing else.

Nothing sensitive written to disk

Older builds wrote a fully merged config — every server, password and UUID in plaintext — and never deleted it. That file is gone, and the current app removes any copy a previous version left behind.

No password to steal

Sign-in happens in your real browser through Google, Facebook or Discord. The app never sees a password, and the token it holds can be revoked from your dashboard at any time.

Per platform

What you get on each OS

The apps share one codebase, but each platform gets the integrations that platform actually offers. Here is the honest breakdown.

Your account

Billing that does not punish you

Most of these exist because the obvious alternative quietly takes money from the customer. We would rather not.

Time stacks

Buy the same pack twice and you get twice the time. Renewals extend your expiry rather than resetting it, so nothing is ever lost by renewing early.

Fair plan changes

Switch plans mid-term and the unused value of your current one is credited against the new one. If that leaves a surplus it goes to your wallet, not to us.

Add devices any time

Need one more slot halfway through the month? You pay for the extra devices only, prorated over the time remaining. Your expiry date does not move.

Wallet balance

Top up with bKash or PayStation and spend it on anything. Refunds, referral earnings and credits from plan changes all land in the same place.

Referrals

Share your code and earn wallet credit when someone you referred buys. Your friend gets a welcome bonus on their first order too.

Optional auto-renew

Off by default. Switch it on and we renew from your wallet balance before expiry so there is no gap — and no stored card, because there is no card at all.

What we don't do

The features we deliberately skipped

Knowing what a product is not is worth as much as the feature list. If one of these is a dealbreaker, better to find out before you pay.

Pick from 90 countries.

There is no country picker. ErrorX is a Bangladesh-first accelerator, not a streaming-region tool — one curated network, tuned for the route you actually use.

Free tier available.

No free tier. Transit costs real money per gigabit, and a free tier is always paid for by throttling the people who did pay. Plans start small instead.

Works on iPhone.

The ErrorX app does not. ProxyBD covers iOS on the same network, and we would rather say so here than let you buy and find out afterwards.

Guaranteed 1 Gbps to any website.

Nobody can promise that. Your ISP still gates your access rate and the far end has its own limits. We improve the part in between, which is the part that is broken.
