Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 July 2026
The agreement between you and ErrorX. We have kept it short and written it in ordinary English — if a clause here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it rather than pointing at the wording.
Accepting these terms
Creating an ErrorX account or using our service means you accept these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not be barred from using the service under applicable law.
Your account
- Sign-in is through Google, Facebook or Discord — there is no ErrorX password to manage
- You are responsible for whatever happens through your account, including keeping your sign-in provider secure
- One account per person; accounts may not be sold, shared publicly or transferred
- You can see and revoke every active session and device from your dashboard at any time
- Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account
What the service is
ErrorX provides network routing: an encrypted tunnel to servers connected to Bangladeshi exchange infrastructure, and international transit beyond them. What that does and does not mean:
What your subscription includes
- Unlimited data volume — there is no bandwidth quota in the service at any tier
- A speed ceiling, set by the plan you chose
- A limit on how many devices may be connected simultaneously, also set by your plan
- Access to our client apps on Windows, macOS, Linux and Android at no extra cost
What it does not include
- Any increase to your ISP package speed, which remains entirely under your ISP’s control
- A guaranteed throughput to any particular website or service
- An iOS or iPadOS application — those platforms are served by ProxyBD, a separate product with separate billing
- Any warranty that a specific site, game or streaming service will behave in a particular way
Payment and subscriptions
Paying
- Prices are in Bangladeshi taka and are charged in advance
- We accept bKash and PayStation, and you may pay from an ErrorX wallet balance
- On PayStation, their processing charge is added at their checkout and is collected by them, not by us
- Your subscription begins the moment payment is confirmed — there is no activation step
Renewing and changing
- Buying again while a subscription is active adds the new time on top of the remaining time
- Changing plan mid-term credits the value of your unused time against the new plan
- Adding devices charges only for the additional devices, prorated over the remaining term
- Auto-renewal is off unless you switch it on, and draws only from your wallet balance
Prices
- We may change prices at any time; a change never affects a subscription already bought
- Any promotional pricing applies only as described at the time of the offer
How you may use it
Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out the detail. In summary, you may not use ErrorX to break the law, to attack or overload other systems, to send spam, to distribute malware, or to resell access without a written agreement with us. Serious or repeated breaches lead to suspension or termination.
Ending the agreement
If you leave
- You can stop using the service at any time, and delete your account from your dashboard settings
- Deletion is scheduled seven days ahead; signing in during that window lets you cancel it
- After the window your identity, sessions and devices are permanently anonymised — see the Privacy Policy for the detail
- A refund for unused time, if applicable, follows the Refund Policy
If we end it
- We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
- For anything short of a serious breach we will contact you first and explain what needs to change
- Where we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion of your subscription
- Fraudulent payments and chargebacks lead to immediate termination
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, ErrorX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost data, missed opportunities — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Our software and brand
- The ErrorX name, logo and website are ours
- The client applications are licensed to you for use with the service, not sold
- You may not resell, sublicense or rebrand the service without our written agreement
- You may not attempt to circumvent device limits, speed caps or account controls
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes are announced in your dashboard rather than being applied silently, and continued use after such a notice means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before anything reaches a court, please contact us — nearly every disagreement we have had has been settled by a conversation.
